A simple method for calming the mind, softening emotional pressure, and returning you to a stable place internally, so you can regain your breath and drop your shoulders from a deep sense of relief.

Emotional Recognition Therapy (ERT) is a structured process I developed to help you recognize what your emotions are actually trying to tell you and how to stop getting pulled back into repetitive negative thoughts, inner pressure, and fear-based reactions. 


ERT helps you learn the difference between:

  •  a truth-based thought and a survival-based thought

The goal isn't to "think positive." The goal is to think clearly—from safety and truth, not from stress and fear.

  • stuck in overthinking or mental and emotional spirals
