Emotional Recognition Therapy (ERT) is a structured process I developed to help you practice how to accurately recognize what your internal signals are pointing to so you can discern truth from distortion in real time.
This work isn't about recognizing your internal signals alone or managing your emotions—it's about liberation from distorted beliefs and the emotional patterns that you have been holding unconsciously.
ERT helps you learn the difference between:

ERT doesn't ask you to forget the past, it doesn't bypass it, it works with it. What ERT does is go to the root of past experience— where the emotional trauma lives— and releases the emotional imprint, and the active charge connected to that experience in your body. By healing the root, you won't stay stuck in the emotional looping anymore. The main difference with ERT is that we not only clear the distortion from the mind, but we also clear it from the body and at the soul level. This is liberation at work.
