Cancellations + Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Your session time is reserved specifically for you, and I prepare for your appointment in advance. 

You will receive a courtesy reminder by text and/or email up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make a note for your own reminder so you can refer to it as well. With both of us staying on top of your special time this helps greatly. 

Same-Day Cancellations

• Same day cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. (forfeit of your session)
• If you reschedule on the same day (instead of cancelling), you may reschedule for the same week if there is availability to avoid the full charge and not forfeit any session time.

• If I need to cancel same day you will receive a full credit of your session, applied to your account. I will also offer priority rescheduling so you can get back on my calendar as soon as possible. 

Payment Requirement

Unless we have agreed on a payment plan, the full balance must be made in advance or day of session. 

• To reserve your spot for the SoulBridge Return to Home (7-Week Retreat Journey), a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. 
• This deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking confirmation and will be applied toward your total balance. 
• If you need to reschedule your start date, your deposit can be transferred one time to a new start date when at least 24 hours' notice is given before your first session. 

Refunds and Credits

Except for the 24-hour deposit refund window described above, all services and deposits are non-refundable.
