Cancellations + Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Your session time is reserved specifically for you, and I prepare for your appointment in advance. 

You will receive a courtesy reminder by text and/or email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Same-Day Cancellations

Same day cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. 

If you reschedule on the same day (instead of cancelling), you may avoid the full charge, depending on availability. 

If I need to cancel same day you will receive a full credit of your session, applied to your account. I will also offer priority rescheduling so you can get back on my calendar as soon as possible. 

Payment Requirement

A credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule your appointment. 

To reserve your spot for the SoulBridge Return to Home (7-Week Retreat Journey), a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total balance. 

Refunds and Credits

All services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, I'm happy to apply your payment as a credit towards a future appointment, based on my cancellation policy. 

Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable. If you have questions about transferring a gift card to someone else, please reach out and I'll be glad to help.
