This is a nervous system centered, hand-on session designed to help your body soften, unwind, and release long-held tension patterns through slow, focused, restorative touch.
It is similar to massage in the sense that it involves bodywork and oil, but the purpose is different–we are helping your nervous system recalibrate at the level where stress and holding patterns live.
During your session, you can expect:
- A calm, private, and professional environment
- A gentle intake to understand what your body has been holding and what you're needing
- Tears are welcomed. Sometimes the nervous system releases through emotion before it releases through muscle. If tears come up, you don't need to hold them back or feel embarrassed. This is a safe space created for your healing and releasing.
- Your comfort, privacy, and safety come first. Session time is performed with clothing removed only to the level that feels comfortable for you. You will always be fully draped with sheet and blanket. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
- Slow, targeted work in areas that stay tight, guarded, or chronically overworked
- Supportive guidance if your body needs pacing, breath, or grounding
- Time to integrate the work without being rushed
This session is best for you if:
- You carry chronic tension, pain, or tightness that always returns
- You feel "on guard" overwhelmed, or emotionally fatigued in your body
- You want deep physical release without intensity or force
- You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more restored afterward
Important note:
Single sessions focus on nervous system regulation through body-centered recalibration. The deeper ERT cognitive repatterning and long-term integration support are reserved for the full SoulBridge Return Home Journey.
After your session:
Most people report feeling:
- deeply rested
- lighter in their body
- calmer in their nervous system
- more present, grounded, and supported
*I do have a cat, who sometimes enjoys resting in the same room during session, though he may not always join us.
*Gratuity is never expected but always received with gratitude if you feel inspired.
