What is Deserrated Edge Healing Arts?


Deserrated Edge Healing Arts is a feeling first. Deserrated is a softening of sharp harmful speech or gossip towards self or others. It's a softening of internal pressure that has formed through life, life passed down through genetics and through personal choices that have hardened you. 


Deserrated Edge is the softening of the edge, the threshold where the body returns to a peaceful internal state. 


Deserrated Edge Healing Arts is a nervous-system-centered healing practice devoted to embodied transformation. 


It integrates somatic awareness, Emotional Recognition Therapy (ERT), and guided presence to help people move out of survival patterns and back into internal coherence. 



What is Emotional Recognition Therapy (ERT)?

Emotional Recognition Therapy is an awareness-based method that helps you recognize what your emotions are doing in the body, and what they are actually responding too. 


Rather than trying to "fix" emotions or override reactions, ERT teaches you how to listen to emotional signals as information, not necessarily as problems. 


Emotions are treated as a navigation system, signaling where truth is being honored and where it is being compromised. Through guided awareness, language and nervous system tracking, ERT helps you:

  • Identify emotional reactions without judgement
  • Distinguish between present-moment responses and old survival patterns
  • Interrupt automatic emotional loops before they escalate 
  • Restore choice, clarity, and internal stability
  • Supports efficient emotional processing without prolonged looping or overwhelm




WHY SHOULD I HAVE MORE THAN ONE SESSION OR TAKE TO THE SOULBRIDGE 7-WEEK JOURNEY RETREAT?


Healing and integration happen in layers, not all at once. While a single session can bring clarity, relief, or meaningful insight, most patterns that affect our emotional responses and nervous system developed over time, often across years, relationships, or life experience. 


Each session allows your system to process, reorganize, and stabilize what has already been uncovered before moving deeper. This pacing helps prevent overwhelm and supports lasting change rather than temporary relief. 


Lasting change also requires repetition. Just like learning any new skill, your nervous system needs time to practice new responses until they become natural, almost automatic. This is how real-life stability, not just insights are forged. 


The SoulBridge 7-Week Journey supports this process by giving you space and time to integrate between sessions and experience your growth in real time, inside your everyday life. My role is to support that unfolding and repetition, not rush it.


Real healing isn't a breakthrough–it's a return to self. 



HOW LONG DOES A THERAPY SESSION TYPICALLY LAST?

Most sessions run 90 minutes to 2 hours.  Occasionally, sessions may run up to 3 hours depending on what your nervous system needs for that day. This approach is intentional; you are the priority, and having time to process, regulate, and integrate without rushing is the most supportive path. The rule of engagement simply is, it takes as long as it takes. 

The clock is not the measurement–regulation is. 


If possible, I recommend keeping your schedule open on the day of your session so we can move at the pace your system needs–without pressure. 


Typically, when investing in the Seven-Fold Fusion Journey 7-Weekly Series you will see, feel, and embody noticeable results in a positive direction starting with your first session. How fast you make changes depends greatly on how openminded you are and how willing you are to do the homework/tools that are given to you. 


IS THERE A GUARANTEE THAT I WILL GET BETTER?

Although, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines or predict the magnitude of results that you will have, I can guarantee a process that is grounded, supportive, and structured.  You will leave each session with more clarity than you came in with, you will receive nervous system regulation tools, and a deeper understanding of what your emotions are communicating with you. This helps you feel more stable, supported, and grounded, leaving you feeling more empowered than when you arrived.  


Ultimately, you are the only one that can truly make the changes you need to make for your own well-being. My role is to guide and support your process and give you the tools you can use in everyday life. 


DO I NEED TO ANSWER DIFFICULT QUESTIONS?

Yes–sometimes. Often success does depend on addressing questions that may feel uncomfortable, but I want you to know something very important: You will never be pushed, coerced, rushed or forced into answering for the sake of progress. 


Some of the questions we explore may feel uncomfortable at first, but they're only asked so we can gently get to the root of what's happening. The goal is to allow your body to respond at a pace your nervous system can handle. 


I always allow enough time for us to build comfort and trust together, and we move in a way that feels supportive for you. You are always in control the entire way through. 


My role is to gently challenge the old belief systems that hold you back. You don't have to have the answers when you arrive, you simply allow the answers to arrive naturally as we go. 



WILL NERVOUS SYSTEM RESTORATION WORK HELP ME WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?

Yes, this can help. We're not pretending you don't have anxiety or depression. We're helping your body feel safe enough to respond differently to the stressors that trigger it. 


The combination of ERT + Nervous System restoration supports lasting change by working with both the mind and the body, so progress isn't temporary, it's sustainable.
