Hello and welcome! 

Here's a little bit about Me.

I am the creator of Emotional Recognition Therapy and Deserrated Edge-Somatic Soul Restoration & Recalibration (method) 

I love the fact that I get to live my life's purpose, execute my Soul mission, and love that I get to be a part of bringing awareness to myself and others. 

If you're into numerology you will understand me a little more when I tell you I'm a life path #3. Guidance, creativity, and communication are my main gifts and purpose.

 As a life path #3, I'm also very lighthearted, love to laugh, create, and easy to be around making your session as enjoyable and comfortable as it can be. 

I have a Human Design Energy Profile of a Projector. Self-Projecting Projector. which simply means I'm naturally wired to guide, reflect, and help people find clarity in their own truth.

 I always knew I was here to help guide others to finding the peace and joy within themselves. To awaken their light so they could go out into the world and shine bright! 

I have been blessed to be a mother of 3 children who have grown into wonderful adults, blessed to be married to my best friend, and I'm also a Mama to my lovable Tabby cat, Benjamin!  

I love spending time with my family and friends talking, sharing, and growing! If growing were a sport, I would be an Olympic athlete and most likely take home the Gold more often than not Ha Ha!  Spiritual growth and transformation have been my priority, and I love sharing what I learned with everyone I can. This is why I got into Healing Professionally, so I could create the life I love to live and do what I love full time :-)
